The Reason

Here in Auburn, we take care of our own.

We are in a recession. People are being laid off and many are struggling to feed their families. The Auburn Food Bank has been a safety net for Auburn area residents for 79 years. And now they desperately need our help in order to keep up with the high demand. The warehouses are empty and there are 10 times more people needing help this than last year.

To make matters worse, donations are also down, due to the recession.

The food bank is a wonderful organization, helping those in need with more than just food. The food bank is a critical service for our community. For many, they are a lifeline.
